Business Processes Associate

Angelicoussis Group, one of the world’s leading ship management organizations, is looking for a motivated Business Processes Associate with experience in analyzing, modelling and enhancing business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and design end to end business processes across technical, operational, and corporate functions using BPMN standards.

• Structure problems, conduct root cause analysis, synthesize insights, and communicate findings clearly and concisely.

• Conduct gap assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or standardization.

• Support cross-functional project teams and facilitate alignment between business, operations, and IT stakeholders.

• Evaluate project and change requests using ROI assessments to support strategic initiatives.

• Contribute to PMO style governance, tracking of deliverables, and reporting on progress.

• Develop executive ready presentations, analysis summaries, and recommendations in MS PowerPoint.

Candidate must have

• Proactive and autonomous with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Team-oriented and collaborative, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Resilient under pressure with strong time management and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in Greek & English (written and oral) is a firm requirement.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics, Maritime Studies, or similar.

• 5+ years of professional experiences in business analysis roles including full-cycle implementations and support projects.

• Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint.

• Demonstrated experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and process improvement.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.

• Certifications in Business Analysis, Process Modelling (BPMN 2.0 or equivalent), Project Management (PMP/Prince2) and Process Modelling tools (Signavio or equivalent) will be considered beneficial.
