Job description
Angelicoussis Group, one of the world’s leading ship management organizations, is looking for an experienced and motivated SAP Basis Administrator to support SAP implementations and ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify system issues, required corrections, and enhancement opportunities; recommend and support technical improvements.
Liaise with IT and SAP Functional owners on project requirements and manage tasks from the Basis perspective.
Perform SAP system monitoring and manage incidents effectively to ensure system stability and performance.
Advise on system capacity planning and proactively highlight potential risks or constraints.
Ensure effective change control for all SAP changes, including risk assessment and back-out planning.
Collaborate with L4 Basis teams, integration experts, and SAP RISE ECS.
Coordinate with external vendors for 3rd-party applications connected to SAP.
Provide technical user support for incidents and service requests.
Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, reports, and justification material.
Act as a subject matter contributor in technical and process discussions.
Maintain SAP user master data, roles, and authorizations across the landscape.
Manage S-User accounts, including access rights and authorizations.
Operate and support the SAP Transport Management System (TMS).
Job requirements
Candidate must have
5+ years of experience in a SAP technical/Basis role.
Experience in SAP installations and upgrades.
Hands-on experience with SAP CPI and interface monitoring/troubleshooting (mandatory).
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments (mandatory).
Importing, tracking, and documenting transport requests.
SAP user administration across multiple systems.
ABAP and cloud-based certificate administration.
Extraction, analysis, and delivery of EWA reports.
Client administration and maintenance activities.
Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts and role design.
Experience with Identity & Access Management technologies, including SSO, SAML, ADFS, SSL / SNC.
Experience working in complex IT landscapes and understanding their operational implications.
Proficiency in Greek & English (written and oral) is a firm requirement.
Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented.
Collaborative team player who works well with diverse stakeholders.
Resilient under pressure with strong time management and multitasking skills.
